L' HOTEL MODERNE
This five-story boutique hotel that is inspired by the resurgence of Art Deco and features layers of textures and materials to enrich the hotel spaces. Each space embodies a moody and rich aesthetic that brings the vibe of the city life inside this hotel. The hotel is located in the Old City District of Philadelphia, PA. The program of this hotel is a Lobby, Reception, Bar and Lounge, Restaurant, Study Lounge, and Guest Rooms. Rendered and designed using Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and digital hand sketching.
