OUR DESIGN PROCESS
[ NO . 01 ] PRE DESIGN
We begin by getting to know you, your lifestyle, aesthetic, and goals to start building a design that aligns seamlessly with your visions. Our initial conversation will be accompanied by client-shared inspiration, project goals, timeline, and investments. The Project Inquire Form is shared to gather additional details about your project. Once the responses are reviewed, an in-person meeting is next where we walk through your space and establish a clear, collaborative direction before the design phases begin.
[ NO . 02 ] DESIGN AESTHETIC
We develop the full design concept by starting with 3 concept vision boards specifically tailored to your project. These concept boards include inspirational visuals to create the overall feeling of the space. This is the opportunity to share what aspects of the design you find pleasing and which you'd like to alter.
[ NO . 03 ] REFINEMENT
Using the selected concept vision board, we will develop the full design scheme for your project. This phase includes technical drawings, renderings, sourcing fixtures and finishes, collecting samples, and material specifications that are compiled into a presentation for client review and approval
[ NO . 04 ] DOCUMENTATION
After final client approval, we create a detailed spec book with all technical drawings, interior elevations, and project schedules. This includes everything the trades need, from plumbing to electrical to cabinetry, tile, and custom details to ensure all aspects of the project are executed.
[ NO . 05 ] PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PROCUREMENT
We manage the design process through coordination with builders and trades, from reviewing quotes/drawings, scheduling trades/deliveries, problem solving if issues arise to overseeing re-selections due to field changes or availability. We place all orders for the final selections, which includes furniture, soft goods, and styling pieces.
[ NO . 06 ] INSTALL & POST DESIGN
Your project is now at the final phase when furniture is delivered and styling begins. Our team will be on site to handle and direct where the final pieces go and finish with the last final touches to make your space come to life. The long awaited final reveal of your project happens! After the reveal, we run through our final review and ensure all loose ends are tied.
